Me! Well, I'm trying anyway. I've been aiming for 2-3 crossfit workouts per week, but I've been taking it easy the last couple of weeks since I've been exhausted. Love it though!
Me! I did some CrossFitMom while I was pregnant last time and am now seeing a trainer that has us doing mainly CrossFit workouts. He's actually opening a gym next week that is CrossFit oriented! LOVE it!
