DC first pair of walking shoes?  Are you going to spend the money for a really good pair of shoes or will just any shoes be fine?

    My DS has really wide feet and can't wear the others....his feet are just to fat to fit into the others so I have to buy expensive shoes.

    I asked for gc for christmas for the babies to strid right (sp?)

    We bought her first pair at Payless, and a second pair at Target. Each cost about $10.

    Her dress shoes, my MIL bought at JCPenney on sale for about the same amount.

    I suspect DD will be like her father and not want to wear shoes... she already dislikes socks.  Sine their feet grow so fast, we will probably just get cheap ones.  It's really best for them to be barefoot anyway when learning to walk.
