Bender Ball post-partum?

Any of you ladies used the Bender Ball to strengthen your abs after giving birth?

If so, how soon after baby was born did you start?

  • Wait until your doctor gives the okay to start working out again (usually around 6 weeks)

    Although you may feel fine on the outside, your body is still healing on the inside
