Which glider would you pick? (POLL)

I'm deciding on shape. I would pick a natural color slipcover for either one. Which style would you prefer of the two?

A: sloped arms

B: straight arms

  • I like the straight arms.  I use the arms on my glider for nursing, for snuggling with DD, and she leans against them.  Straight arms would be easier I think, plus I think they look nicer.

Ditto this.  Just more comfy for nursing.

  • I love the look of the sloped arms, but for nursing? I'd absolutely want straight arms. For me, the higher the better, too. I love using the arm chair my parents have that has high arms.

  • I love the look of the sloped arms, but I think the straight arms are more practical. I think you will want the straight arms for resting on while feeding or rocking baby.

Also I think the straight armed chair is more versatile and would go with more styles of decor than the sloped arm.

  • I voted for b - I think the straight arms will give you more versatility of movement and be more comfortable for you.
