having cramping all day!

Idk about all of you but I have had so much cramping throughout my 3rd trimester. I have gone into the hospital a few times with crontractions and I am sure that that isn't whats going on right now.

I took it easy all weekend due to these almost constant period like cramps. I tried calling my OB nurse but never heard back. 

Should I be worried??? The baby is still kicking a lot and everything was normal at my 29 wk appt last week. 

I tried to just stay in bed with the heating pad all day, which usually helps, but haven't had much luck.

Any suggestions?

    I haven't ever had any contractions and only minimal cramping bit make sure you are staying well hydrated. Te only times I've felt crampy is when I've overdone it and need to rest and drink more. As long as it doesn't get worse and as long as you're feeling good movement I think you are ok. I'd put a call to dr in just to let them know. Good luck.
