Thinking of Baby Numero Dos!

I have been thinking a lot lately about having a second baby. DH asked me on my birthday (yesterday) when we wanted to have another baby. For the longest time I was set on having another baby when LO was 4 but lately, I want to start trying to have another baby when LO is 2. He will be 8 months on Thursday. Are any of you thinking of having another baby? How long do you plan to wait? I am just curious. Big Smile

My plan is to have the next when this one is out of diapers. That is the plan. Who knows.

We're planning to wait until DS is 2ish to start trying - mostly for daycare/diapers costs. We'll see.

If DH's job remains steady and we pay off a majority of our debt from his 22 months of unemployment we will try in summer/early fall when DD is about 18 months. The idea of 2u2 does not sound like fun to me.

I plan to wait until I get my DH on board! LOL! I am afraid I complained a bit too much when I was PG (and when I was sleep deprived the first 2 months of DD's life) for him to want to revisit that anytime soon. He told me the other day "A happy wife means a happy life... and you weren't that happy when you were pregnant, so lets not go there." Sad

At first I didn't think I even wanted a second at all... Now I know I do, but it might take me a while to get him to be okay with the idea. I for sure want to wait until DD is at least 2 before we TTC again, so I have time to work my magic! Wink

We are not planning on having anymore, but we started trying for A, when N was a year old....they are almost exactly 2 years apart (2 weeks shy)

We are planning a baby-free vacation with a group of friends in March 2012, when DS will be 2. We plan on TTC while on that trip so, if all goes as planned, DS will be almost 3 when we have our next LO. As you can tell from the ticker in my siggy, I am a looking forward to being pregnant again

We'll probably start ttc #3 a little over a year from now. I don't want to be pregnant during our trip to Hawaii next October, and I really don't want a newborn. That means DD2 and DC3 will be around 2 1/2 years apart. (DD1 and DD2 are 28 months apart, and it's been perfect.)

I'm terrified of having another, but also really want one more and a sibling for DS. I think we'll start TTC when DS is about 2. I want him out of diapers and a little more independent before #2 comes. I'm so scared of the additional stress, sleepless nights, and financial cost... but already I get a little sad when I see young babies that mine is growing so fast!

We had #2 16 months after #1 - we plan to wait a while before we have #3. We'll see!

I think we're going to try before DS is 2. I would like them to be 2 years apart. It has more to do with work than anything. I want to take some extended time off work, like at least a couple years, when the next one comes. Right now I still like my job so we'll see what happens.
