Anyone know what I can take? safefetus.com says that pepto should be avoided. other ideas?

stupid question, but have you tried ginger ale?? that always works for me...

or ginger tea? crystalized ginger?

peppermint tea always does the trick for me or dry toast (it's hard to stomach but it works-dry toast, NO butter)

when i was pg the doc said immodium was ok. idk if its safe when bfing, but i would assume so!
