Hoping to catch a break.

My opk went positive at 9:00 PM.  (It had been negative at 4:00 PM).

So since I am doing unmedicated IUI's and can choose to do either one or two this month ... the KEY insemination would be first thing tomorrow morning.... except that UNLESS a case settles today, I won't be able to make it because I will be in court for goodness knows how long tomorrow - and it is a stressful case.  What makes it even worse is that I had thought I would O between last Thursday and Sunday and had changed court from Friday to Tuesday in part to make the insemination possible.)

Inseminating at 3:30 today is probably doable (I will call at 9:00), but I am not sure whether it will make sense to schedule the second for tomorrow afternoon.

    I'm not any help with OPK timing as I chose to go the medicated route with a trigger shot.  What I can say though is I've seen plenty of BFPs happen when people thought the timing was definitely off.  So good luck and here is some **casesettledust** :-)

    Life is funny.

    The case will be settled (yay!), but the midwives have their once monthly meeting tomorrow morning so the earliest appointment will be 1:00 tomorrow afternoon anyway.  Grrrrr.

    If it's any consolation, we thought we were too late with the round that got us our BFP.  I'll get mom on the case for you!

    Good luck for good timing! I've read about several people who got pregnant when they thought they were too late. I'm hoping it works out for you!

    ditto! we even went medicated, but my wife forgot to do the trigger before she left for work. we decided to just go for it and she triggered when she got home in the morning. I thought for sure it was going to be a bust, but nope!

    ETA: which I guess technically makes us early? I dunno. but anyway, the point is we thought for sure it wasn't going to happen that cycle but it did!
