    Target seems to be the best deal I can find. They have 200 piece bags for $9.99, thats the regular price, no sale.

    I checked Walmart, Kmart, Kroger, Walgreens, and Target.

    Little Debbie oatmeal pies are 10/$10 right now at Kroger--there are a dozen in each box.  They are a huge hit in our neighborhood as our annual Halloween treat!
