Did anyone save the S. hair salon post from a couple weeks ago?

There were so many good recs posted and I thought I saved it & now cannot find it on the board. Need affordable highlights very badly!

  • I totally missed that post but I highly recommend Erica at Maximum FX Salon at Circle C. I don't know what you consider affordable but I think her highlights start at $95. HTH

Thanks, sundot. I need full highlights, because that bottom hair is ultra dark in contrast. Well, my whole head is starving for pretty color. I can find partial for reasonable rates, but am looking for full under $100. Don't know if that's possible.

  • Sara at Salon Sorelle is awesome and she is very reasonable. 292-0901

  • I love Morgana at Style Hair and Nail Salon 804-2888.  I've been going to her for 14 years!!! She is definitely worth the drive from Leander to S. Austin for me!
  • i have a girl that comes to my house to cut my hair.  she doesn't do my color, but she does do highlights for my sister.  she did it last week and i think it was $50 for higlight and partial lowlight.  email me if you want her #

she cuts my hair fabulously for $35 and i have sort of complicated hair :)  i do sometimes miss out on the relaxing salon experience but this is what works best for our life right now (especially since a salon would be twice as much AND i'd be paying for a babysitter)
