Trying to Get Pregnant

Pregnancy Planning books? Need recommendations...

Hi,

My husband and I are starting to think about becoming pregnant, and I wanted to know if anyone has come across any good books about getting pregnant.

I'm looking in terms of how to plan financially, what to look for in a home etc, and not just books about fertility.

 Thanks in advance!

  • The book that is most often discussed on here is Taking Charge of Your Fertility, which has so much useful information.  But I bet if you went to Barnes & Noble there's a section on family planning.  They seem to have a section for everything!

Again, this comment needs to quit being typed. A lot of us have, whether it's ended in M/C or not. Plus, a lot of people have read books to prepare before they get KU.

OP, "Your Best Birth" by ricki lake is really good, as is "What to expect when expecting" and "Birth Day" (can't remember who wrote that one)

  • I bought the book: "What to expect when you are expecting".. And it has alot of great information for women who are TTC KU and Post. GL sweetie!!
  • My favorites are...

Expect the best : your guide to healthy eating before, during, and after pregnancy   / Ward, Elizabeth M

What to expect before you're expecting   / Murkoff, Heidi Eisenberg

As well as TCOYF which has already been mentioned
