latex balloons. everyone that knows me well knows this...and some torture me...most laugh at me. It's about the popping I guess...I seriously plug my ears if in the same room/area that there are any latex balloons. (I'm perfectly fine with mylar because they rarely pop!) Party City is like a nightmare!!!
spiders are common to be afraid of...def don't like them either, not as bad as I was growing up...but none-the-less, still fear them!!!
Ever since the OJ Simpson chase when I was going into 8th grade I have been mildly afraid of white Broncos and also David Coresh and the whole Waco thing used to give me nightmares.
I guess you can say I have a fear of heights at times-it's situational though. I also get panic striken in the dark sometimes, yet I have to have the room pitch black to sleep. Not a fan of creepy crawly bugs-centipedes, spiders, etc...and I hate killing them!
I don't think I have a fear of anything really out of the ordinary...one that might be strange is that I hate passing semis on the thruway...I'm afraid a tire will burst or something stupid (FYI that actually happened to my Moms friend and it was a serious accident!)
fireworks. I've gotten much better but I don't like them. It's b/c when I was young we were at Myrtle Beach sitting on a fence on the beach and a firework came down next to me almost touching my leg.
I don't like having to stop at a train track. I get nervous because I feel trapped and someone will come up to my car. Was this on a movie or something? I don't know how this started but it makes me really nervous. I stop pretty far away from the car in front of me and plan out my escape route haha.
I knew Jewels was my long lost sister. I am TERRIFIED of fireworks.. If i am too close to them I literally have to like duck and cover my head.. I am so afraid of them hitting me. I remember once i was at Disney and I could feel the heat from them on my face and I nearly had a nervous breakdown.
I am also terrified of fire in general. If anything is on fire that isn't supposed to be.. even if its small.. (like a piece of paper or something) I flip out.
Motorcycles scare me. I don't like driving near them because I feel like they will crash and I will see it.

I am terribly afraid of spiders. I'm getting better, but I can't even handle looking at a picture or watching one on the TV. I get majorly panicky and can't get it out of my head.
I also get scared going over bridges. It just freaks me out and I think about it collapsing...b/c that happens so often.
I'm only scared of large spiders, which is a great thing because my DH is VERY SCARED of any spider, so I'm designated spider-killer. I'm scared of snakes! They give me the chills any time I see them. I can't think of anything else right now....
I'm afraid of passing big trucks on the highway too, have been since I was little and saw a truck overturned. Also, do not like snakes and rodents (who does?) not really scared of them, but they freak me out.
We have a big house and I don't like going to sleep when my H isn't home. So silly, but I get paranoid that someone is going to be in the house.
I'm terrified of thunderstorms. They are worse for me at night. Sometimes if they are super bad I get mildly panicky. I keep thinking that lightening is going to hit the house or a freak tornado is going to spring up and kill us. When I'm visiting friends down south and it's thunderstorm/tornado time.....there are nights were I sleep with my sneakers on and I have escape plans too.
I hate bugs in my house but we pretty much have a no kill motto unless we can't get them any other way. I don't like killing things.
I get nervous going to sleep when J isn't home. I feel like I have to have our bedroom door closed, but then i'm scared someone will come and take L and I won't hear them. It's a little battle that goes on in my own head. Good thing the hubby isn't away very often. I too HATE latex balloons! Especially when one is given to a child! Come on people! It's bound to pop and scare not only the kid but ME! haha!
I'm deathly afraid of falling. Not heights, just falling. I can be up on the highest part of the CN Tower in Toronto and be fine because it's enclosed, but am so paranoid when I'm on a stepladder.
I'm terrified of being locked in a store at closing. Seriously, if I hear, "Fifteen minutes to closing" I start to panic - breathe faster, sweat. I've never been locked in anywhere so I don't know where it comes from.
And fireworks too. I used to hide inside all the time when anyone had them. I once was at a fireworks show in PA and the stuff started to rain down on us.
