Who is the biggest parenting expert?

People without kids or people with one newborn?

I post to another (non-parenting) forum where a lot of parenting topics come up. The people without kids, naturally, know exactly how they will be as parents once they have kids and apparently know everything about parenting. On the other hand, I've seen a fair number of newbie moms who are experts on all things child after 2-3 months of being a parent. For instance today I learned from a mom with a 4 month old that if a baby doesn't sleep well it is the mom's fault.

    Pretty sure it's a proven fact that the older your child is, the less of an "expert" you are on parenting. 

    Only those without children, or with extremely young children know what's really going on.

    Some of those experts are the ones that let their 8 week old CIO, too. Lovely.

    I get a lot of unsolicited advice from my friend who has a baby boy.  Total opposite of my girls.  But, I still get advice from her.

    I used to be such a judgy know it all. No longer. I'm pretty sure I'm clueless at this point.
