I planned to host a Halloween craft playdate and it has now become a full blown Halloween party. There will be 13 adults and 18 kids (aged 1-5).
I am going to make an apple crisp, chex mix, and an orange sherbet punch.
Do you think that will be enough food and drink?
And, should I add some fruit/veggie something else to the menu so all the food isn't just beige colored?
Thanks for any help.
Re: Halloween party food and drink help please
We are hosting a big halloween party this year with friends and family...we have approximately 30 adults and a few kids.
I am making a huge pot of homemade chili
Grilled hotdogs (for the chili) with all the fixings (cheese, onions, etc) to make chili dogs
Bacon wrapped bratwurst because my DH's family loves them
A pot of knock off toscana creme soup (the olive garden soup)
Cheese ball with crackers that will be molded into a monster head
Cream cheese sweet ball that will be decorated to look like a spider (it has sugar and crused oreos in it so it will look black on the outside)
Halloween green punch
Chips and dip
Halloween brownies with themed sprinkels
"Witch" fingers using sugar cookies and a almond for the fingernail with red gel under the almond to look like blood.
I don't have my list in front of me but I think that is everything.
