20% off coupon good in store only at BRU?!

I tried ordering the ergo carrier, which is mostly available on-line only.  And I can't use my coupon?  Any one have any luck getting a discount on one?

    No - a lot of their coupons are in-store only.  I've had really good luck emailing their customer service to complain/ask why my coupons won't work.  Both times they said "If you read the fine print it says in-store only... but we value you as a customer, so here's a special promotional code you can use online to get 20% off."  I don't guarantee it will work, but it's worth a shot and won't take long since they email you back within 24 hours.

    Yup, in store only.  Stinks, right?  Our closest BRU is 45 miles away and it is small and gross.  The closest nice BRU is almost 2 hours away :(.

    Oh, and most of the BRUs don't even carry the nicer brands (Ergo, BOB, etc) in store anyway.  They are "online only" so those coupons are totally worthless.

    I found my Ergo at a consignment sale for $20 - new in packaging.  Try craigslist or ebay.  I just listed my Babyhawk on craigslist for a good price and I know that I have seen Ergos.

    Yeah, BRU is great and so are the coupons, but it sucks that they are only in-store and you can't use them on diapers or formula either.  Before we moved to our current area, our BRU sucked, and the next closest one was 45 min away.  :(

    It is super annoying.  They told me that if I came in to order it, they would honor the coupon and then they didn't.  I ended up ordering what I needed on-line and using my registry completion coupon which was better than nothing.

    I had a similar issue when I ordered my cribs, they were online only and they will only give you the multiple child discount in store, not online.  I called the customer service line and they were able to give me the discount. Maybe that will work for the coupon??

    If you look in the toys r us circular that comes in the sunday paper they usually have a 20% off coupon that you can use online.
