I'd PIAC, but that's me. If you get iffy results you can test again using the same sample.
This! When I got pg w/DD, it was on a cycle where we had been told NOT to get pregnant, so I didn't think I could possibly be pg. I POAS just to let the doc know I wasn't pg and was shocked when it was pos. I was sooooo anxious to work up more pee b/c I thought for sure the test was faulty. Now I always PIAC, that way no matter what the result, if I need to retest, I can do it immediately.
I have IC which say to PIAC - but I only had the big red solo plastic cups. So I just POAS anyway. The results were pretty clear (BFN) But if the results were iffy, I would probably PIAC and dip to be sure:)

Cycle 10 - 50mg Clomid + TI = BFN
Cycle 11 - 50mg Clomid + IUI converted to TI = BFN
Cycle 12 - 50mg Clomid + IUI #1 = BFN
Cycle 13 - Clomid Break + Charting + Dr. Recommendations = BFN
Cycle 14 - Clomid Break + Charting + meeting with URO (all clear!) = BFP!!

I've done both, and I prefer PIAC method. Less messy that way.
