In the bottle post below you noted you used sippy cups with a bottle nipple to transition your DD from bottle to sippy cup. Can you show me a link? I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but DS is 25 months old and still drinking out of a bottle. It's still such a huge source of comfort for him. At daycare, he's been off bottles completely for several weeks, doesn't even ask for one. But, as soon as we get home, he has a crying meltdown for the bottle. Occasionally, he'll drink out of a sippy cup at home. But, most of the time, if we attempt to give him a sippy instead of bottle, it brings on a complete and utter meltdown.

My nephew was on the bottle til he was almost 4 at night. Some kid's just need more time than others.
The tops of these aren't quite as soft as the bottles, but they worked great. Just remind you LO not to chew on them!!!
