Toddler meals?

I feel bad that I seem to only post questions, but I'm always so late to posts that I feel like I'm adding afterthoughts that no one is going to see.  Anyway...

I make a lot of things from weelicious.com and freeze them to pull out for B's lunches and sometimes dinners, if we're having something he can't easily feed himself or if it's too spicy.  My freezer stash is running low, so I need to do some cooking this weekend.  I like having things frozen so the prep the night before is pretty much zero, but I'm afraid I'm giving B the same things too many times, and I don't want him to get burnt out.

What are your go to items to pack for lunch?  Besides frozen things (tex-mex rice cakes, black bean burgers, mac and cheese muffins), I also make grilled turkey and cheese and sometimes leftovers.  I need some new ideas!  If you have recipes or blogs you like online, that'd be great too.  Thanks!

  • Caleb likes English muffin pizzas and this meatball soup I make.  I make meatballs, cook them, break them up and simmer in beef broth.  At this point I freeze in single serving containers.  Then when he's going to eat for lunch, I thaw, add alphabet noodles, and peas.  He loves it.

  • Oh...and have you tried the potato cod cakes from weelicious?  My family loves them!  They make a ton of dishes and are kind of a PITA, but they are really yummy.
