Very exciting... spotting sounds like it could be something. Did you dr. stip membranes (question mark here - I keep getting a ? instead of one)
4 losses (cp Feb 28 09, mc April 9 09 (5w5d), mc Aug 10 09 (7w1d), d&c Apr 12 10 (grew to 6w3d, mc confirmed at 8w5d).
RX: Overies PCOS (hormones normal) & Balanced Translocation of Ch. 7 & 13 (40-50% mc risk)
I bled a lot after my last internal, and well you know what happened after Spotting is pretty normal after internals especially when you are dilated (this I learned after going into labor).
I hope you have more progress soon, almost 2cm dilated is awesome! Don't worry about the weight, I have heard that it's a lot of water weight at the end.
How exciting! I'm so jealous. I don't have the slightest sign of any progress happening anytime soon. She's apparently pretty comfy in there! I wouldn't worry about the weight, either. It's not like you've gained a ton throughout your pregnancy.
