DS plays soccer on Sat. mornings. DH brought him last week as I had a funeral to attend. This was our conversation a few minutes ago...Now I am at work (35 minutes away) and he is home.
Me: Can you please make sure DS soccer clothes are in his hamper so I can wash them when I get home?
Him: Where are they?
Me: I don't know, you brought him to soccer last week. Can you also make sure you leave his cleats, shin guards and ball at home?
Him: Are they at the bottom of the stairs or in my car?
Me: How the f*ck am I supposed to know if they are in YOUR car? And since YOU are HOME and I am at WORK, can't you look to see if his stuff is at the bottom of the stairs?
Him: I could, but i'm resting in bed before I go to work.
Me: <click> hang up phone.
Ummmm....is he serious? Vent over.

For real? That's the kind of dipstick thing my DH would say too!
I asked my DH to get the kids dressed a couple nights ago while I took a shower. He put my daughter in a purple, long-sleeved nightshirt, and my DS in some of my DAUGHTER's JEANS! They're too big for her yet, but they're on standby for when they fit. I was pretty embarrassed.
What the... Did we marry the same man?! (Seriously, we should look into that. heh.)
