The big reason I say that is because other forums don't allow this at all and if people aren't careful, the bump gods might decide to start counting this as spam.
The second reason is that it's annoying.

I always feel that way because the comments aren't posted immediately, and then when I look I can't find them. It's just that they're slammed with hundreds of comments in a matter of minutes. If you commented then it will eventually show up.

Yep. As long as you see the green confirmation message when you post, they'll get it in. Last night I didn't see mine for several minutes after the closing and I knew I had to be one of the first ones. As it turns out, I had the first comment. ;-) Anyway, when they close the contest and load everything, it's confusing for a couple of minutes.

When it says to comment, where do they want the comments? I have no clue why I am so slow and just dont get it. haha. I mean do you comment letting them know where you commented, do you comment on the FB page or just on here? YES apparently I am this dumb

At the bottom of the blog entry/contest post, right under all the buttons/icons to share the post, there will be a comment area and it will have "0 Comments" because they approve them all after the contest ends. Anyway, click where it says "0 Comments". It will take you to a page with a text box. If you are a fan on Facebook, in the comment box write something like, "I am fan of DiaperShops.com on Facebook. My ID is Facebook.com/XXXYOURNAME." Click "Publish Your Comment".
Again, all the comments are on approval so nothing publishes right away but when you click "Publish" it should take you back to the same window and there should be green text on the left side of the text box that says your comment is awaiting approval.

Not OP, but I'll respond anyway. I've been lurking for months but I don't feel like I have anything to add yet (TTC). Low post count =/= giveaway "user".

Responding for credit.
Now, OP, did you just sign up for this site so that you could post about giveaways? I always wonder when I see a low post count.

I really think so, too. She/he doesn't reply to any other posts and has posted 3 giveaways since last night...

You're right, it doesn't. BUT that's all this particular user has been posting.
Gotcha, just didn't want everyone to be lumped in with spammers.
