No heartbeat update!

I know I've been going light on posting over the past week. At our first u/s last week there was no heartbeat. They ran Betas and they only went up about 40%, also not promising. She still wanted to see me in a week...

Today when we went in I was expecting bad news. As soon as she looked at the screen she said "wait I see something moving". OMG, it was a HB. DH and I were both shocked. It was clearly there. I was in total amazement. I thought I was 7w 6d but she said I am measuring at 6w 2d. So either I ovulated later than I thought or she is calculating the size from the actual date of conception and not the first day of my last AF. I called to check on that and am waiting to hear back. Either way there was a HB!! She said we still arent out of the woods but of course that is the case with  all early pregnancies so I am pretty optimistic.

I feel like we were truely blessed. This scare will make me not take that little HB for granted, I can say that. I am so glad to be able to come by and give this update :)
