Heartbeat!

I just found my little "peeps" heartbeat with my doppler. Reminded me of when i used to listen with DS. Sounds like baby is pretty active in there, I got so excited that I found it, i went to grab my camera to record it and then i had a hard time finding it again. I got between 160-170bpm though while I did have it up, which is what i was expecting to see.

My OB appt I was able to see the heart beat, but he never tried to listen to it. The sound just makes it so much more real to me. And next time i will make sure to have my camera already by me, haha.

I totally understand how you felt, because i too experience the horrors of a m/mc and the joy i felt after hearing and seeing my baby's heart beat was indescribable and makes it so much real.

I haven't been able to get as "attached" this time like I did with my DS. I can sit and talk about names and things we will have to purchase, but i haven't been able to tell myself "i'm pregnant again" and really grasp it. I guess I've just been terrified that something might still happen.

Hearing the heartbeat though, at home on a doppler, has made it seem a little more real to me though.
