DS sleeps between almost every bottle. He eats every three hours pretty much. Some bottles he will sleep from one bottle to the next and others he will be awake for awhile and then crash for the hour before the next. He sleeps more than my daughter did. This week has been awake more than last.

My ds is 4 wks on Sunday and he is awake all the time!! I am lucky to get a nap in while ds1 is napping. I somedays have a battle to get him to sleep after feedings! But I just brought out his swing so this might change!!

Staying a mystery until D day!!
We're closer to 5 weeks now. But DD slept a lot then too. These last few days she's been sort of on a schedule. Awake around 6-6:30 until about 10 and sleeps for a couple hours and then sleeps in and out the rest of the day. She has her fussy hours between 6 to 7:30-8 so she's crying and awake then. Then down for the night.

The past three days, DD has been awake and hungry all the time. I don't know if she's going through a growth spurt or is just really alert...but I could use a nap
We're only 2.5 weeks, but DS has 2 or 3 awake periods per day that he's not eating lasting 30 minutes to an hour. We usually read, do tummy time, go for walks, etc. during these times. Today I sat and sang to him for 30 minutes and he was mesmerized and just stared at my face, it was very cool. I sang a lot while pregnant so I think he knows my singing voice.
DD sleeps alot. She is just now getting to a point where she is spending a bit more time awake during the day. She still naps after every feeding though usually for at least an hour.
DD is still sleeping most of the day. Up for the day around 9am, we change diaper and clothes for the day and then feed. She usually falls asleep for about 2 hours after that and then feeds again around 12ish. Then we have some awake time after this feed where we play, talk, read, or do tummy time (if awake before feed). Then she takes a 3 hour afternoon nap in her crib. This is also my nap time! Then up for about 30 minutes before next feed then an hour nap or so. She tends to be a little more awake between 6-8pm. Then the "witching hour" begins. She is finally down for the night between 10-11:30pm depending on the night. So all in all I would say she is up maybe 3 hours total in a day.
Re: 3-4 week olds
