I am volunteering Friday night for an overnight stay at the Children's Museum. The girls are 4th graders and are "at-risk." I am actually really looking forward to this. But we just got a list of the girls and you should see some of these names. This is a partial list (there are 89 girls in total).
#17 - Made me laugh. My name is Natasha and I had a friend tease me and call me Nasquasha.

I have to get special clearance since they lock the doors at 6 pm.
I have a good one..a friend of a friend of mine is a teacher. She was having throuble pronouncing one girl in classes name...her name was Na-a
When my friend of a friend finally asked how to pronounce her name the girl said her name was "Na-DASH-a"

My grandpa was a teacher and was horrible with names. He called all boys "George" and all girls "Agnes". It worked for him.
Good luck with the volunteering, it will be a blast. I used to work on the museum staff side of overnights and even we had fun.
I understand completely...I see thousands of prospective student's names on a daily basis and they are always a good source of entertainment.
The best I've seen today was Cymphoni.
