Need hostess gift ideas please!

I have 5 of my good friends hostessing my shower in January.  I always have a hard time thinking of hostess gifts so I'm starting early.  I don't want to spend a fortune - maybe $20 - $25 for each girl?  I was thinking about an embroidered sleep mask with maybe some lotion or something?  Have you ladies given or received any different hostess gifts that you really loved?  All ideas appreciated!

    I've got 3 hostesses.  I found these small metal tubs in Target's $1 section (they were actually $2.50). I found assorted things to stuff them with - bath stuff, cooking stuff, and wine.  They average out to about $28 a basket.  I had great luck finding cute things at Tuesday Morning and TJ Maxx.

    My fave hostess gift was a gift card to my fave coffee shop. I've seen others get gift cards for a mani with a bottle of polish, an IOU lunch out with the girls before baby comes, self-made gift basket of baked goods, it depends on how good you're feeling when it's time to shop for these things. :)

    I had two showers, one with 11 hostesses and one with 8 hostesses. I bought these brown gift boxes with handles and glued light blue polka dot grosgrain ribbon abound the box. I baked mini loaves of blueberry pound cake, put in a pewter fleur de lis recipe holder/picture holder. Included the recipe and a $5 Starbucks gift certificate. You could also do a fleur de lis kitchen towel in each box with baked goodies. I had so many, I had to keepthem around $15.
