Does anyone else have this problem?

Have any of you been fighting a lot with your DH about having sex lately? It feels like every affectionate moment we have has to turn into something sexual, but he says that the sexual moments are far and few between. How can I deal with this situation in a nice, calm manner?

DH knows my libido tanks during first trimester (that's how it was with DS, too) so he's a trooper and doesn't bother me about it. Things got better for me during the second trimester last time, so I'm hoping that will be the case again.

I nicely, calmly tell my DH that I will puke on him if we have sex. He stops.

I just kind of avoid it---which is horrible--but I think it's important to explain how you feel and are feeling with the pregnancy and stuff. He needs to understand more---he's not feeling what you are feeling.

Definitely tell him what you are feeling. I personally feel too awful right now to even THINK of sex. My DH has been understanding of this. It's just a small chapter in our lives.

not alot of fighting but he does somewhat get mad/annoyed with me. It's as if I pretend to feel like crap. I, of course, get annoyed by it too! You'd think he would expect this already since this is our 3rd?!?! I think he's gotten better but still, I guess I don't want to be "bothered". SEX is the last thing on my mind these days. Things do get better after the 1st trimester.
