My mom is talking about buying Eliza this Fold N Go wagon as a combi birthday/bday gift. I love the wagon, I am just not sure if it is a good gift for a 1yr old or if we would get more use out of it next yr for her 2nd bday?
Thoughts?
Also, if you have this wagon, I would love your review!
Re: wagon - good gift for 1 or 2y/o?
I think a wagon is a great gift for a 1 year old. By 2 they know how to climb out!
At least for a while you could use it with just the seatbelt and have fun riding around.
However, I'm not sure about that wagon? Have you seen it in person? It doesn't look very sturdy to me. DS will climb over the sides to get in and out.. looks like that would collapse if he did that. We have the Radio Flyer and it's great.

I have been seeing it everywhere lately - the fair, the pumpkin patch etc...and the parents have raved about it. It is sturdy - the canvas just covers a hard surface. Maybe it is better for older kids and the Radio Flyer would be good for a toddler?
Good point! I don't know and it does not say anywhere in the descriptions.

Hm...honestly, that seems like a gift that would be more suited for you as the parent than for her. Kind of like giving a stroller as a gift, you know? Unless I'm missing something, it appears to be a functional wagon for her to ride in.
Cal got a "walker" wagon similar to this for his 1st bday and had/has lots of fun pushing it around and putting stuff in/taking it out.
