I went today to the flu shot clinic in Walgreens and they wouldn't let me get the shot "Fluarix" because I'm nursing. Aparently there are two different types and the other one is safe for sure, the Fluarix-they just don't know how safe it is. Anyone have any experience w/ this?

My midwife had them when I was pregnant; I need to give her call to get one for myself.
According to my pedi, Flumist is the nasal vaccine, and you can't get that if you are bf. It contains live virus.
