This is a Connor funny and Mommy awakening moment.....

Last night we were in the car coming home from my mom's. DH and I were picking around about singing in the car and DH said something along the lines of me always telling him to shut up when he sings. I commented to DH in a serious but fun way to DH that we don't say shut up. Connor with his radar ears spoke up and said "Thats right, and we don't say dammit either!" Talk about mommy guilt! DH and I were laughing so hard we were crying but I felt so bad that he even had to know that that was wrong.

Be sure to watch your mouth around your kids!! They definitely listen more than you think!

I was in Pittsburgh a couple weeks ago & spent a lot of time w/ my close friend & her 2.5 yr old daughter, Jaden. There new puppy (Sookie) spent a lot of time jumping all over me & driving me batty. Well, 4 days after DH & I arrived Jaden hollered, "For the love of God Sookie, get down!" to the dog! all heads quickly turned to me. I turned beet red & started cracking up.
