I am committed to keeping this up for 2 more weeks...reevaluating when O time comes and I finally get to FWP...Afraid to take chances. Maybe I will just move on to a longer, less intense workout. WDYT?
I was on level II when O came for me and I stopped. I hear you on not wanting to chance anything. Good for you to making it to III, I about died on level II!
I have tried to start it but after the first day I feel so sore and tired! I think I've had like 3 first days Have you all seen any changes since you started? I was just wondering if it really tones you etc. I really want to complete it but don't know where to fit it in with my running. TIA

I have seen changes. Coworkers and DH has commented. I haven't lost much weight but I feel a huge difference. My clothes are fitting much better.
I would run before the workout because it really takes a lot out of you (I have tried to run afterwards and it was not good). If you can get through 3 days in a row you will be ok and not feel as sore.

Thanks! I will hopefully start again on day 1 soon maybe by the weekend. I'm going to try what you suggested, running first then the workout. Maybe I'll alternate it running+30ds one day then the next only 30ds. Thanks!!!

sounds like a good plan to me Let me know if you need some encouragment or have other questions...I know I was encouraged to keep going by other women here
I have seen subtle changes, but I definitely have felt it more. I only did it for about two weeks before I quit because I got KU and was afraid to keep doing it. I just started doing it again.
I did the machines once before I did the DVD and oh my, I was so freaking sore and tired!
