I'm sure its different for everyone. I didn't start feeling better until about 15 weeks. I had m/s daily until then. After that it came and went. For the last 2 weeks i haven't gotten sick at all.
As far as the exhaustion... it's still there, if not worse!

For me it wasn't a wake up at 11w6d, feeling like garbage.. wake up the next day feeling great... But my m/s did get better around 16 weeks. It was absolutely terrible until that time (all day, everyday). The majority of my 2nd trimester was fabulous though, so there is hope.
I did not have m/s at all but my nightly heartburn almost totally stopped and also I got way more energy once i went into the 2nd trimester, dont worry things will be better soon!
I started feeling better around 12 weeks, but I saw an even greater improvement around 14 weeks. It is different from everyone, but hopefully you will start to feel better soon!
it didn't start to get better for me until 16 weeks. i'm still having waves of nausea but it's not 24/7 and i can actually think of food that sounds good instead of trying to figure out what food sounds the least disgusting.
I started feeling really bad around 13 weeks. More sickness, headaches and extreme fatigue. But I had an easy first tri, so I was lucky for that period of time.

Okay, okay. In some respects, yes, but it depends on what you're talking about. I'm still sick daily with m/s - nausea and gagging - but it's way more manageable than it was. It started to get better for me at 14 weeks, but it's not gone by any means.
M/S was the only bad 1st tri symptom I had, but it was the absolute worst. I have a whole lot more bad symptoms now, like sciatica, major heartburn, constant aching in the groin, headahces, etc. But I'm having a tough pregnancy compared to many, so take this with a grain of salt. Everyone is different - I hope you feel better soon!
I didn't have a ton of m/s in either the first or so far in the second trimester but I can tell you that my energy has NOT returned yet.I think the whole idea that you have more energy in the 2nd tri is a myth - at least so far for me. Hopefully you'll feel better soon!
It varies from person to person, pregnancy to pregnancy. With my first, weeks 7-12 were hell. Second baby, weeks 8-15 sucked. Third baby, weeks 5-17 made me wonder when I lost my mental capacity that led me to having another kid....
BUT, you start to forget how horrible m/s was when the end result is staring up at you from your arms...
Alright, I think I just threw up a rainbow and a whole lot of glitter.

I don't want to extinguish the hope you may have, but I threw up everyday until 16 weeks when I finally figured out the best way to take my anti puke meds. If it wasn't for the meds I would still be sick now at 22 weeks.

I felt noticebly better at 16 weeks. I'm happy to say I'm really not nauseous anymore at all now.. Maybe they should change the number from "you feel better at 12 weeks" to 16 weeks.... that seems to be fairly consistent on this board.
I stopped puking my guts out around week 17 and was able to stop the meds, but I'm 27 weeks now and still nauseated all day long, every day. Dr says if it was going to go away it probably would have by now.
Hopefully for you it will be different.

I remember writing a similar post to the 2nd tri moms around 10 weeks...just begging for hope and relief.
Okay...here is my experience...I did get some energy back and do feel better than 1st tri for sure! I really started feeling better around week 14....but yes, at week 12, it began to ease slowly.
Now in 2nd tri...I am again beginning to feel tired more as of this week and a few more mood swings...but SO MUCH better than 1st tri....hang in there...this will pass!
I was still sick last week and this weekend. The past two days have been good but I am not holding my breath because I seem to be on an every other day puking schedule. The actual puking started a little late for me though..around 9 weeks. Now that I haven't been sick the past two days I am exhausted, so if its not one thing its another..comes with the territory.
Every one is different, for your sake I hope you do, Im 25 weeks and I still have m/s all day and all night... awesome... But the 2nd trimester is usually better for most... hope ur one of the lucky ones that doesnt have morning sickness for the whole time... at at the looks of it thats where Im headed lol
ha!!!! they lied to us...everyone is different but I only started eating again normally at 5 months in! and only WEEK 24 did I stop feeling like I was going to pass out and NEED to nap every day (they put me on iron pills which has helped a lot too)
Everyone is different. Mine left around 10w. You never know if tomorrow is the day you'll wake up feeling like a new person. Oh, don't get me wrong, I still get a bout of it about once a week, but I can handle that.

I was pretty sick until 14 weeks. But I ate a little too much tonight and felt sick again. I probably could have thrown up, but I'm to the point where I can hold back. And I have a LOT more energy!!!
I didn't lose the morning sickness until about week 17. Still exhausted as all get out. Luckily there's an expiration date to all the bagillion pregnancy "symptoms" I have been so blessed to be received :P

Uh...no. Sorry.
I hear 16 weeks is better, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
maybe.
or not.
Pregnancy sucks and when one crappy "symptom" goes away it's usually replaced by another.
Sorry

This.
The m/s didn't get better til 15-16 weeks, and I still have a daily dry heave.
