Chinese Gender Predictor was WRONG again!

Baby #2 is a boy! I am in total shock! This pg has been the same as last time so I thought it was another girl, but we are very excited to have a boy in the family. I come from a family of all girls and have mostly girl cousins, so boys are completely foreign to me. Any moms with boys, please give me any advice from newborn through childhood.

Everything else in the u/s looked good. Baby is measuring right on and everything looked great. We are so relieved but not out of the woods yet. DD was diagnosed IUGR at 26 weeks.

Yay! Congrats. The Chinese predicator was wrong for me as well. Boys are great and they love their mommies more than anything. My biggest piece of boy advice as a newborn is to always keep the penis covered. During diaper changes cover it with a wash rag or another diaper or else you might get a shower. LOL!!! A lot of boys are also rough and tumble as toddlers. My son has no fear and ends up with bumps and bruises everywhere for walking off of our bed (which is about 3 feet off the ground) or throwing things.

Congratulations! Boys are so much fun! But they tend to be more active than girls so make sure your baby proofing is up to par!

Congrats! That's great everything looked good. Boys are full of energy...at least mine is. He's not afraid of anything, would climb the walls if he could and is constantly getting hurt. But I guess they are all different.
