Irregular heartbeat and deteriorating placenta?

Had an u/s today and the baby was diagnosed with both an irregular heartbeat, as well as a placenta that looks a little older than it should at this point in pregnancy. The doctor and u/s tech both told me that these things weren't problematic enough to lose sleep over, but I am getting a level 2 ultrasound next week to make sure everything is fine.

Obviously I am worried even though the doctor said not to worry Anyone been through anything similar? Just would like to hear other experiences! Thanks.
