  Soak the stain in freezing cold water.

  Rub regular detergent on the spot (or area) until it's really soaked in.

  Spray a little oxyclean on there for good measure.

  Throw it in the wash.

  I treat with shout and add Clorox 2 Free to all of my baby laundry.  Works great.

  I spray with Shout, then sprinkle with oxiclean powder (directly on the stain), & let it sit for a few minutes, then throw in the regular wash (which also has a scoop of oxiclean in it).

  that outfit was perfect - no stains anywhere, & we had blueberries and raspberries all over it.
