When you use an OPK what time do you test?

I am wondering if I may have missed my surge. Tongue Tied I am on Day 16 of my cycle and I feel like my CF is drying up. It never got really abundant but I had more yesterday. I probably should have tested in the afternoon,huh?

I am supposed to start my estrogen patches based on the surge. I hope I didn't mess anything up.

12-2 pm seems to work for me. Are you charting your temps?

No. They just told me to use and OPK for my surge. I have been using FMU. This is only my 2nd time on this protocol and I forgot about testing in the afternoon.

My RE says between 2 and 4 in the afternoon but I would think you would have caught it the next morning. Hope you didn't miss it.

I'm a little on the crazy side but I used to test twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the late afternoon - only when I was close to when I thought I would be Oing. But I don't necessarily advocate for doing that - it got really expensive

I used to test at around 4:30 (when I get home from work.) If you have a short surge, then sometimes it is best to test 2x per day so you don't miss it.
