    Ughh..I'm a CPR instructor, and I just got an e-mail this morning about the new guidelines.  I guess we have to go complete an online update.  I didn't realize they were making big changes!  Just what I want to do at 35 weeks...it's good to know though!

    Thanks for posting this.

    DH and I should probably get recertified under the new guidelines because I really feel like in an emergency, I'd never remember to switch the steps.

    I need to get recertified here in Canada. Because of my former job (teacher) I was certified every year.
