Although we are just on Night 3 (completed), thank you so much for recommending Sleep Lady's Good Night Sleep Tight.  It has been easy and the changes already are amazing (hopefully not a honeymoon period).  He is going down at bedtime and naptime without any problem, putting himself to sleep, with me just sitting next to the crib.  Today/tonight, he was out within minutes, so I imagine when I transition to the hall, there will not be much of an issue.  Last night he sleep 12 hours straight without waking up crying at all.  We have not had that in about 2 months.  Thanks again!
