Brookfield Zoo

We are taking DD (age 2) to Brookfield on Saturday for her first Zoo experience. Has anyone been there with kids? Any tips, comments for things to bring, check out, etc.

I haven't been to Brookfield for close to 15 years - I am sure alot has changed!!!

    We bought a year membership and take DS at least once a month, He LOVES it. I"d definitely bring a stroller/wagon because it's pretty big and can be a lot for a little one to walk the whole time. You can also rent wagons there for $8. They also allow you to bring in your own food/cooler and there's a ton of places to picnic. Personally I'd avoid the dolphin show and definitely hit up the petting zoo! Have fun!
