does it have to do with pregnancy, along with the horrible acidic taste in mouth? or does the white tongue mean sickness.. hmm preg is so weird

Dry mouth, not being able to brush your tongue well because of the gag reflex, and too many tums. Those are three things that I know can cause it, there may be others.

Gargle salt water and/or mouthwash in case it's bacterial. That should kill most of the bacteria. Also be sure to brush your tongue very well. If it makes you gag, try a tongue scraper tool.
