I think it's intro time for me

Hi everyone!  I was a knottie (but really only for the wedding website) married 6/13/09.  I will evenutally get some pics in my siggy once I format them.  DH and I have been TTC #1 since January.  I've finally allowed myself to admit that it isn't "just going to happen" and have decided to take control.  I plan to join FF and start charting next cycle. 

I came to the board earlier this week when I found out my SIL was pregnant and needed some support and encouragement from someone other than DH -- people who could truly sympathize.  Should you decide to read the post (or if you already did) I'll admit the wording was a tad dramatic and since that post -- day after I heard the news -- I have been focusing on the positives of the situation, like new neice/nephew, and am finding it easier to be happy for BIL/SIL than I thought it would be.  Thanks for all your love, it made me decide to stick around here for a while Big Smile

    welcome and good luck!  I am sure you will find charting to be very helpful - definitely was for me! 

    Started TTC #1: July 2010 DX: PCOS
    BFP: 12/5/10 Natural M/C: 12/17/10 (5w6d)
    Cycle 10 - 50mg Clomid + TI = BFN
    Cycle 11 - 50mg Clomid + IUI converted to TI = BFN
    Cycle 12 - 50mg Clomid + IUI #1 = BFN
    Cycle 13 - Clomid Break + Charting + Dr. Recommendations = BFN
    Cycle 14 - Clomid Break + Charting + meeting with URO (all clear!) = BFP!!
    Beta #1 - 105 Beta #2 - 336! 1st U/S (@5w4d)- gest. sac and yolk sac, measuring 5w2d 2nd U/S - 1/16 (will be 8w2d) Stick and grow, little bean! My Ovulation Chart

    You should check used book stores, I have heard they are great places to find it cheap.  I got mine at Barnes and Noble.  Good luck!

    Welcome and good luck.  To paraphrase another bumpie- Other pregnant people are not pregnant with YOUR baby.  :) 

    Charting is very informative.  You can click on any of our tickers to start taking the tutorials and getting things set up.

    This is so true...may just be my new mantra!  I have definitely started to have bitter feelings towards other preggies so I'll keep this one-liner in my back pocket for those rainy days ;)
