I managed to lose my old bread recipe and I am happy I did! I made this recipe today with one small change of an extra tsp of dry yeast. Perfection in hot, buttery, fluffy, yeasty goodness. If I go missing it is because I ate myself to death.

These are pretty easy too. The only tricky part with yeast is having the liquid the right temp. I used to use a thermometer when I first started dealing with yeast, but now I can feel it and know. Try it! If nothing else you can make croutons out of them LOL!
