Wedding gift ideas?

My brother and soon-to-be SIL are getting married at the end of the month... the shower was last month and so the registry is really picked over. I was thinking of giving them a gift card to pick up the odds and ends that are left on it, but they have a pretty large guest list and so I'm guessing they will get a ton anyway. I really would rather not give cash/gift card anyway and they really have everything they need. Ideas please?

ETA: They are really into music/concerts, camping/hiking and they also have a 2 year old son (which I say just in case you have "family" gift ideas as opposed to couples stuff).

When we got married, one of my best friends got us an in-room couples massage for our honeymoon. She called the resort and made the arrangements ahead of time! That was one of my favorite gifts!

What Melissa Said, I just did one of those for my cousins wedding. We got a last name frame where each letter is a different black and white image. I love it.
