What nipple size do you use?  LO was diagnosed with silent reflux today and we were given a sample of this to try over the weekend.  We tried to feed him using the size 1(Avent bottles) and that was pretty much useless and it took him over an hour to eat 3 ounces with the size 2.   Let me know which bottle/nipple size worked best for you, thanks!

    we  used similac RS, which is the same thing.  We used level 2 nipples in Playtex.  That worked well for him.  Try level 3 also.  I know it seems like a lot since it probably says 9m+ on the package, but you will be able to tell if its too fast.  I hope things work out for you.

    Our pedi told us we could take a sterilized needle and widen the hole in the nipple if we needed to.

    Mine took Enfamil AR for the first several months and we always used a Level 2 Avent nipple. They were super slow eaters anyway and it was taking them way too long with the Level 1. They didn't seem to notice the difference when I switched bit it did speed them up a bit.
