We are having cajan shrimp crab cakes and rice. Mr. Tal is having a bottle of course.

    I think my DH wants your dinner!  We are having a grilled chicken with mushroom and carmelized onion casserole.

    Ha ha we have plenty. I made like 12 and there is only 2 of us! Mmmm your caramelized onion casserole is making my mouth water.

    A couple of my friends are coming over so I'm cooking dinner for them!

    I'm doing Moroccan.

    Moroccan lamb stew with a mango tart for dessert. I'm going to make a salad with cranberries and raspberries in it. Wine for them and water (maybe one glass of wine) for me!

    I have a pot roast in the crockpot.  I've just discovered slow-cooker cooking and I'm all over it.  I've never had pot roast before so hoping it doesn't turn out as nasty as it looks.

    I love slow cooker cooking! Its so easy... Too bad it makes my whole house smell!

    Light candles after??  I don't mind it when it makes the house smell while it's cooking.  When it lingers afterwards, it's pretty gross but if I do the dishes right away and light a candle, all is well.

    This seems to be the easiest way to get dinner on the table around the time DH gets home.  I can get it going during morning nap and then not worry about it the rest of the day.  Do you have any good recipes to suggest?
