  What was/is your feeding routine when LO was an infant?  Im breastfeeding so specifically I'm wondering: I fed her every 2 hours, about 10-15 minutes on both sides.
  

  Did you offer each side at every feeding? (if not did you pump the other side?) Yes and she took both...
  

  How often did your LO eat? When she was really little around 10-12x a day
  

  How do I know how many ounces to give in a bottle? The first time I gave her a bottle was when she was a month old and she took 2oz

  Did you offer each side at every feeding? (if not did you pump the other side?)  I offered each side, but by the time I got to side two, LO was usually asleep.  I didn't pump the other side at the time of feeding - I pumped both boobs between feedings.

  How often did your LO eat?  She ate anywhere between every hour to every two hours - even now, she eats small meals VERY often - about every 2.5 hours during the day and 3 times overnight.  I remember in the beginning, though, some days, she was on me ALL day - like, I didn't get out of my PJs because we were nursing all day.
  

  How do I know how many ounces to give in a bottle? I'd start at 2.5 and increase by .5 oz after he finishes the first 2.5 (so you don't waste much).  I really wouldn't start on a bottle now, though...  Get into a good BFing routine before you offer the bottle.

  Pretty much this. I would say start doing 1 bottle a day starting around 3 or 4 weeks, but that is because my DD did not want to take bottles after a month and it was a big ordeal. You can do it! Oh, also the biggest thing that helped me was that my midwife told me they get 80% of the milk out in the first 5-8 minutes, so you don't need to leave them on for much longer than that if you don't want to. Just listen for swallowing and if they're not then you can switch sides/end the feeding.
