After about 4 hours of screaming and refusing to nap...I gave Juliana some tylenol. She didn't have a fever but I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked. I am not sure if she is teething or what the case is but it seems to have worked for the time being. I hate having to give medicine but I think it might have been what she needed this time because this is completely out of character for her
Re: I usually don't do this...
To be fair, she probably was in pain so you did a good thing for her. Don't beat yourself too much!
This. I have had to do this a few times and have never felt like I should not have done it. It was beneficial.
I never like to give DS meds if he doesn't have a fever either.
But my mom put it this way and it made sense to me. Sometimes, you just don't feel well. There's nothing really wrong, but you just feel bad. Babies are like that too and I'm sure you made her feel better!
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!
My favorite money saving tip: I've earned more than $300 in gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Southwest!) using SwagBucks for internet searching - and you can too! It's FREE and EASY!
ITA, you are making you LO feel better...look at it that way.
In my camera bag:
Been there done that, and now if i think teeth since she has some I try to massage DD's gums with my finger and brush. Hang in there.
