IF is seriously inconvenient

I'm trying to figure out when to schedule this stupid fibroid removal that apperently needs to be in the first half of my cycle and I'll need about a week before I'm up and around again.

My RE does surgeries once a week.

so the end of this month would work if they're back from the conference - but we are hosting a halloween party that night.

the next weekend might work depending on my cycle - but I have to work sat.

The day after thanksgiving - office not open

Maybe the first week of Dec - but it could go either way depending on if I have a couple long cycles between now and then

Then we're up to Christmas eve - pretty sure they're not going to do it then either.

This freaking sucks.

could you do it then and have your costume be a couch potato, and just camp out on the couch all evening and entertain from there? Enlist the help of a friend to do the "running around" at the party.

I'd hate to have you wait all the way into the new year.

I thought about doing it the day of the party but I'm really afraid I won't be up for it. If it works out with the timing of my cycle, I'm going to try to switch work schedules. I had originally wanted to wait until the end of Nov because of a race I've registered for- but now that it looks like it could be January I might just do it earlier.
