Does anyone give Poly Vitamin Drops with Fluoride Supplement Drops with Iron to there LO? DD's Dr. prescribed this for her since we don't have fluoride in our water. The only problem is that it smells awful, tastes bad and is a dark color. There is no way I can give this to her in the syringe. I tried mixing it in with applesauce and it made that taste bad. DD refused it. Any suggestions on how I should attempt to give this to her? Or is there something else that is similar that doesn't taste so bad?

DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
They smell so bad!!! I think there is a chewable form for when kids get older and I am so excited for those.
In the meantime, I mix with pudding in his afternoon snack. He eats it without a problem!
I think it smells and tastes terrible, but DD LOVES it. Her eyes light up when she sees the dropper. She was wary the first time, but she always is about new food. I'd try a few more times. I've heard from other people that their kids love it also.
