who has experienced implantation bleeding?

in 1st Trimester
every cycle I get a day or so of light spotting before AF makes her visit and every time I get my hopes up that maybe it's implantation bleeding.  I haven't found much info on what this is like other than it's brown or pink and not red.  can someone offer up some real life experience for me? i.e. what was it like, color, consistency, etc. and how long did it last?

Me: 32  H: 34
DS #1: 8/10/11,  DS #2: 10/13/14
TTC #3 since October 2017

    It was like I was getting my period, but then it went away. It was red. It lasted a couple of days, but never amounted to much. It was a day or two before I expected my period.

    I tested just before the spotting and got a negative; waited a week and got a positive. Now I'm 10 weeks.

    7 dpo I had faint pink cm and cramps.  8 dpo I had light bleeding, and thought I was out.  Then it went to very light brown spotting on 9 dpo.  Got a + hpt on 10 dpo and spotting just stopped today (18 dpo).  Not sure what was up, but dr. said as long as I didn't have red bleeding or severe cramps it was normal.

    the only spotting I got was the day I got my positive beta, so that would have been well after a missed period. 
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

    At about week before AF was due I had one day of red light to moderate bleeding then quickly turned to brown and then nothing since. But I have never spoted before AF. It is ususally right on time and comes in a big gush(sorry if tmi) so it was very unusual for me

    Mine was exactly like my period was starting...brown and pink, not red.  It was a little more mucus-y (sorry TMI) than a period and it only lasted for like an hour, if that.  That's when I knew something was up.  Smile

    I had implantation bleeding with my first child over 13 year ago & mistook it for a light period. This time (I'm finally 5 weeks with #2) I had light bleeding a full 7 days before AF was due.

    Me: 36-PCOS DH: 34 All good. TTC #3 since 2/12. IUI's 1st BFN, 2nd  BFP: 9/22/12...M/C 11/6 10wks 1day.....3 more rounds of IUI Feb-April '13 all BFN.
    Started taking Femaprin & Milk Thistle Aug '13, then added Metformin Sept '13......Surprise BFP 10/26/13!!!! The first time in 10 years that we got a BFP without infertility treatments!

    I had spotting at 7 and 8 dpo, and I've never spotted in the middle of my 2ww before.  That was the only reason I tested, and I got a BFP at 9dpo.  The spotting was a small gush of brownish fluid when I went to the bathroom at 7dpo, then a few more drops at 8dpo.

    I did with DS, it lasted one day and was light pink.

    ok, thanks for your help ladies!!  this is alot better than what google had to offer :)
